In June Johnny was invited up to Lochgoilhead primary school to spend time in the school and present the Kiran’s Trust Shield to a young man called David McCulloch at the Awards and Leavers Award Ceremony 2023.

I her introduction Mrs Blair (Headteacher) said, “The financial contributions of Kiran’s Trust have meant that we can provide various music, sporting and drama opportunities that would not otherwise have been available”.   And we wouldn’t be able to do the work we do with your very generous support in such trying times!  But the is David’s story so lets here a bit more about this young mans achievements.

David is an exceptional team player in various sports. He gives his all, brings out the best in others and can lead a team well. David has shown great involvement in all shows and school drama events. It is especially lovely to see how his confidence and participation in drama has increased throughout the year. David is talented and musically gifted…has also been learning piano for the last two years!  We look forward to sharing more about David as we develops.
